Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from LawrenceCore LLC, doing business as LawrenceCore Kids, 212 N. 2nd St. STE 100, Richmond, KY 40475, United States. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. We sell and ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders with a shipping or billing address outside the United States will be declined and refunded.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, an address we cannot serve, or a pricing error. If we cancel after charging you, we refund in full.

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable US state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before payment. Shipping charges are shown separately.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Orders are charged at the time of purchase.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to your address. Inspect your shipment on arrival and report visible damage to support@lawrencecorekids.com within 7 days. Full details are on our FAQ & Shipping Policy page.

Follow the assembly and safety instructions supplied with every product, including the anti-tip wall anchor kit provided with dressers. Do not modify the furniture, use replacement parts from other manufacturers, or use a mattress that does not fit the crib snugly. Failure to follow instructions voids the warranty and may create a safety hazard.

We warrant our furniture against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase. The warranty covers repair, replacement parts, or replacement at our option. It does not cover normal wear, fabric staining, damage from misuse, improper assembly, commercial use, or items sold as-is.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All content on this site — product photography, copy, designs, and the LawrenceCore Kids and LawrenceCore LLC names — belongs to LawrenceCore LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

If you post a review or send us photos, you grant LawrenceCore LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in marketing. Do not submit anything unlawful, false, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Except for the limited warranty above and rights you have under applicable law, the site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, LawrenceCore LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Kentucky, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
