We make the furniture we wanted for our own kids.
LawrenceCore Kids began in a garage workshop in Richmond, Kentucky, after our founders spent a weekend trying to find a crib that was solid wood, chemically tested, and still looked like it belonged in a grown-up house. They couldn't. So they drew one.
How we build
Fewer pieces, made properly
We keep the range deliberately small. Five categories, a handful of silhouettes, three finishes that work together in any combination. That lets us spend on the parts you actually feel: solid wood frames, undermount soft-close glides, hand-sanded spindles, and hardware that doesn't loosen after the third move.
Everything convertible stays convertible. Our conversion kits are stocked for at least eight years after a crib leaves the line, so the bed your newborn sleeps in is still the bed they take to first grade.

Three promises
Test, then sell
Every crib, dresser, and mattress is submitted for GREENGUARD Gold chemical-emissions testing and third-party structural testing before it ships. If you email us, we will send the actual reports.
Materials on the label
Solid wood where it carries load, wood veneer where it doesn't, water-based finishes throughout. No vinyl, no PVC, no added flame retardants, no mystery composites.
