When you place an order we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and the contents of your order. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

When you browse the site we collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view, along with cookie identifiers used to keep your cart and remember your preferences.

When you contact us through our form, by email, or by phone, we keep the message and our reply so we can help you with follow-up questions.

We use your information to process and deliver orders, calculate applicable US sales tax, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, honor warranty and return claims, and — if you opt in — send occasional emails about new products. Our products are for children, but our store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, email support@lawrencecorekids.com and we will delete it.

LawrenceCore LLC sells and ships within the United States only. Information is processed and stored in the United States.
