Refund & Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a refund, as long as they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Damaged or defective items are always our problem, not yours.

Cribs, dressers, gliders, and decor can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unassembled, unused, free of marks or pet hair, and repacked in the original cartons with all hardware.

Mattresses can be returned within 30 days only if the protective wrap is unopened. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept an unwrapped mattress unless it is defective.

Clearance and final-sale items, gift cards, and assembled furniture cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged in transit.

Email support@lawrencecorekids.com or call (443) 585-3153 with your order number and the items you want to return. We issue a Return Authorization number and return instructions within one business day. Returns sent without an authorization number cannot be processed.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping. Small parcel items can use a prepaid label we provide and deduct from your refund. Freight items (cribs, dressers, gliders) require a carrier pickup; the freight cost is quoted before you commit and is typically $89–$189 depending on your state.

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover return shipping in full and either replace the item or refund you, your choice.

Once your return reaches our Richmond, Kentucky warehouse we inspect it within 3 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank typically posts it within 5–10 business days. Refunds include sales tax. Original outbound shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our fault.

Photograph the carton and the damage before you discard any packaging, then email support@lawrencecorekids.com within 7 days of delivery. We ship replacement parts, a replacement unit, or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Do not assemble a damaged item.

To change a finish or size, place a new order and return the original under this policy. To cancel, call (443) 585-3153 within 24 hours of ordering; if the item has not left the warehouse we cancel and refund in full with no fees.
